Eligibility for Return, Exchange, or Refund
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted only in case of defective or damaged items.
To be eligible:
Customers must provide a clear, uncut parcel opening video, starting from the sealed package and clearly showing the defect.
The video must be shared with us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Without an uncut opening video, no return, exchange, or refund request will be accepted.
Non-Eligible Cases
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following cases:
Size issues or fitting problems
Change of mind or dislike of the product
Minor color variation due to lighting or screen resolution
Missing, edited, or cut opening video
Damage caused after delivery
Sale / Discounted Items
Products purchased during sales or at discounted prices are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
Exchange Process
Approved exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the replacement item is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be offered at our discretion.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
